Hi Guy, I presume everyone is wel as not see any of the oldies around?
I have had a Colman Graft in March the firdst one and I can move my neck for the first time in 15 years. A few more ops to go they say its still tight and hurts when too hot or too cold but hey I can actually see cars and specially cycles as they surround you. Frowner Paul

ps Would like to know how people are getting on.

Sounds like things are going in the right direction for you - well done! Wish I could say the same. Have to exercise my neck frantically to keep it properly mobile and am doing my best with tongue exercises, but not doing so well there. Had MRI scan yesterday and spent the first 5 minutes working out how not to choke and suffocate as my tongue wanted to rest too far back and block the airway - at least the exhalation airway. Spent the next 20 minutes (or however long it was) with my tongue clenched between my front teeth, which was very uncomfortable and the result is that it is very sore today - even worse than usual.

Life's a bitch - then it has puppies.
