Hi - my mother has quite advanced tongue cancer which is also present in her throat. She has a tracheotomy which leaves her throat dry. Mum has battled 2 rounds of chemo and one trial for bio treatment. the NHS has no further options so we are paying for private immuno therapy. through all of this Mum has been amazing and never complains. she is however now suffering with regular tongue bleeds, the dr suggested blood thickening meds but this opens other risks with her heart. I am reaching out on this forum to see if anyone has anything else to suggest, all suggestions are welcome. Thanks
