Someone from my family smokes 2 to 3 cigarettes a day (mainly menthol ones) but does not inhale, just keeps the smoke briefly inside her mouth, then blows it out.
I've been trying to convince her to stop for ages, but her excuse is that because she doesn't inhale, and because it's "only" 2 or 3 per day, she'll be fine, so I'd like to be able to show her information (especially from or about people who have suffered the consequences of doing what she does) about how keeping the smoke in your mouth can cause mouth, tongue, lip, larynx (etc) cancer, and how it affects sufferers' lives.
I don't know what else to do and I'm really worried. If anyone could help me by posting links to any information, even to pages with pictures, I'd be really, really grateful. It would also feel good if one more person stopped giving money to the evil tobacco industry.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help, and I wish the very best to everyone.
