Right sided tongue pain, intermittent ear pain, chronic bruxism

I have an ENT appointment scheduled however nerves are getting the best of me. I recently developed some lateral tongue changes near the posterior visual edge. The changes are just in front of the lingual tonsils and may even be lingual tonsils Im just not sure. There is some minor pain like I can feel that there's something going on/irritation. Has become more prominent Id say in the past week.

I do grind my teeth fairly significantly. Right more than left as evidenced by wear and greater gum recession on the right. I do not smoke - never have except pot > 9 years ago. I barely drink if ever. Like maybe 2 beers per month. Fairly certain I have been exposed to HPV which is off greatest concern. Absolutely have silent reflux and often wake up have to clear greenish white mucous from throat and feel a need to clear throat quite frequently.

The main question is:
Can I changes seen be due to bruxism? Are the changes suspicious for cancer on visual inspection?

I have been using a different preworkout supplement which a legal stimulantmore over the past month which very well could have resulted in increased grinding. I have stopped this supplement.

Thank you for you time.
